I understand the 'toxic relationship'. I've been there, done that. It left me with an eating disorder and pretty much emotionally destroyed.

But you pick up, you come back. You're on the road to doing so. Good for you!!

Thats a great idea. I am not totally out of shape, but have lost my 6 pack abs.....and want them back..... ....I was thinking of doing the same thing kinda.....start a thread and show progress, what I have been doing to work on them and body in general, ect. Maybe I will just join you on the how to thread!! Heading over to see if you have started it yet!
