Generally the consensus is on these kind of boards is to never bring up such a question and just let everyone form their own opinion on what is a doctored photo and what is not.

But... since you brought it up, I will say that for me who is well-versed in Photoshop, it looks to me like 95% of supposedly Transgender people are photoshopped and not real. In that it is a photoshoper's curse; once you photoshop enough photos, even if it is for legitimate reasons, you can easily tell how others have been manipulated. But who am I to assert what is, and what is not photoshopped. That is for each member on here to form their own conclusion too.
