It’s almost hard to believe that this thread is almost 5 years old. It wasn’t my first and I’ve made a few since then, but it has been my most successful.

The heat & humidity during today’s workout definitely wore me down. A cool shower and lying naked in bed afterwards helped out a bit. Too bad I was alone for both.
