I wasn't going to to double post, but it has been over 3 weeks lol.

I decided to change my life in January, My weight was getting me down and I can't really exercise so it was only going one way. I was in pain wit my hip and feeling seriously depressed.

So......Since then I have lost 23lbs, only another 42-56 to go. lol
I'll get there as I feel sooo much better!
