I imagine some of these images as glimpses of private moments through blinds in a window. Just intimate bits and pieces that allow insights into lovers' intertwinings.
Thank you for sharing how you’re perceiving this flurry of images without text, @RobLivesInTexas. It raises an interesting question which I will ask in the following post!I imagine some of these images as glimpses of private moments through blinds in a window. Just intimate bits and pieces that allow insights into lovers' intertwinings.
This answers your question above. No words needed, this is intimacy, you've shared it.
@ElectricBlue, thank you for stating your opinion. That’s one vote for no words, at least for that particular image. This answers your question above. No words needed, this is intimacy, you've shared it.
Thank you, @RobLivesInTexas; I’ll keep your wise words in mind as I continue along my creative path. Very helpful!I think it depends on the image. Some are so expressive that words are an intrusion. (And the opposite can be true. Words can be so descriptive that an image disrupts what I've pictured in my mind d.) I like your "mini stories" that culminate in a picture. And I also like your "word pictures" that are explosions of ideas and feelings. The colors and forms you give to the words add to the meanings of the words themselves to stir up all kinds of emotional and mental connections and reconnections.
So very good!

For what it's worth I really enjoy reading your words... they enhance the experience of absorbing the visual erotica making for a more wholesome cerebral experience and, as you have probably noted from some previous posts, I also enjoy furthering that story as it would progress in my imagination.Hello All,
I’m curious to hear what you think about these images-without-text that I’ve posted yesterday and today. As you regular viewers know, about 75% of the posts on this thread have written content accompanying them. I like to do this because I’m a word and image lover. A few words can really juice up an image, especially if the drawing isn’t that good!
I’d like to hear what your preferences are regarding simple images and images with text. I’ve been primarily using the word/image combination because it seemed to me to be well-received. I can do both, of course. Thoughts?
