I was on a call with a bunch of people from Manchester England today. Even the way the men spoke was fabulous.

One of them was clearly Scottish.

What a great accent.

I work with a woman in our London office who is from northern Italy, and she has the most amazing accent. Not a stereotypical, female, Italian accent, but something very exotic sounding.

She just pronounces words a certain way that really turns me on. Hard to describe.

My best friend in High School had a girl friend who spent each summer visiting cousins in Vicksburg - took her forever to understand while all the guys were drowling whenever she talked during the first weeks back before he summer Southern accent wore off. (We paired up of an on in later years, the accent wasn't the only attraction) but lots of other accents work for me as well.

You know, I think it's less about the accent and more about the woman who has it. My favorites are English, Scottish, Irish, Greek, Italian, French, and Portugese.
