^if a woman is going to find you attractive, age is going to have little to nothing to do with it. Women tend to not respond well to tentative approaches.

My average age difference is 12.5 years. My first (my wife) was 3 years younger. Closest to my age is a local friend a couple of years ago is 17 days younger than me. So I have never had an experience with someone older than me.

Perhaps I should put that on my bucket list?

I coulda/woulda/shoulda been with a 38 year old Agent 99 clone when I was 21. But I was hanging on to my virginity for superstitious reasons at the time. Most of the "older" women that have expressed interest in me over the years were married and monogamous, as was I...these days, a very significantly older woman than I.... probably has other interests than a young buck such as myself.

Biggest difference was with a 20 year old. At the time though because of a faulty assumption and arithmetic, I thought she was 25. We had been discussing our daughters of similar age and for some reason I swear she had the child while in college. So the answer is 26 years. 1/2 my age was not a goal on my bucket list. For those that wonder why do old men chase girls in their 20's? Because some times we catch them.

My biggest age gap was 49 years difference, withb him being older. The smallest gap was/is 5 years, but there is usually at least a 15 year age difference between me and my partner

I am well aware that for some, it's a little giggle for them. "OMG, Brittney! I went out the other night and was hit on/flirted with/went home with/rejected a guy that was OLDER THAN MY DAD!!!"

I am willing to sacrifice my body and occasionally my dignity in order for them to be able to have a fun story.

At this stage of my life, I have already had a long marriage with its great highs ad bitter lows, I am busy enough raising the offspring I have...I don't need the responsibility of being someone's emotional support right now.

I was (in ways) highly responsible the first 1/2 of my life. There are too many woulda/shoulda/coulda incidents in my youth. For me to have ANY interesting stories to tell the young attendants in the nursing home 40 years from now, I HAVE to pick up the pace.
