Velcro cuffs. I had them in my travel bag because of a FWB I was seeing off and on. Found that virtual strangers are interested so they earned a permanent place in the bag.

Velcro cuffs are on the "less trusty" side of the scale for me, because I can usually get them off, even with my hands behind me. Now, if I let you use rope, cuffs with buckles, or anything with the capacity to truly lock, that means you've really gained my trust.
