Judging from the comments I think there is way more of a stigma attached to the small penis than there is to small breasts. Guns and sports cars are always associated with small penis complex. I don't think women with small breasts have to face anything similar.

I do know women who have spend their lives miserable due to flat chests but they are the exception and can always but fake tits.
