My experience. My first time was with no lube. I enjoy a certain amount of pain but it felt like I was being split apart. I too crawled away and hid in the fetal passion at the top of the bed- and wept. It took me years to realize all the mistakes we made.

First of all natural lube like saliva and feminine fluids are great lubes to use because they are all natural. The body doesn’t get that automatic need to reject it. Yes, but spermicide is an irritant. I actually helps you get an STD from vaginal sex: the irrtiation opens the way for the nasties to settle in, and/or reach the bloodstream. It increases the risk of getting an anal STD even more. Spermicide is not recommended for anal sex at all.

Hmm, I don't have problems in this area but I would suggest glass and metal would be the worst thing to start with if you were a beginner simply because they are rigid and have no give or flexibility. I would suggest something softer for many reasons.

You're completely right. Spermicides can irritate the skin making infection easier. Lube has been shown to HELP buffer the absorption rate, but that obviously is not a good solution. Also keep in mind HPV and HSV can be transmitted skin to skin and without symptoms. That means it can go around condoms even if you can't see warts or bumps.
