Angel's Little Patch of Heaven

I think my packets may have leaked out all over the place... sorry about the mess Angel

Oh yes... I always use a good Anti Virus before connecting to an open port. Otherwise you risk terminal packet collisions which not only degrade performance but can lock up your whole system!. ;)

Pssst steal that newspaper ol' buddy

*nods gravely*

Nothing sucks more than a core dump...

Easing the rolled up newspaper behind my back and casually flick it toward Wolfias...

Ohhhhhhh... Core dumps can really hurt if their big, but the worst is when your hard drive starts to seek recklessly and discovers nothing but bad sectors. That can lead to some real expensive recovery treatments let me tell you! ;)

*shifts in her seat*

I'll, um, have to take your word for it... I'm a simple drive kinda gal....

*polishing her halo carefully*

Ahhh, the good old days when a floppy could get hard and still be called a floppy. :D

Oh you dirty little vixen, you probably preferred double sided, double density for a full 1.44 capacity... or... were you a 120 SuperDisk girl? :D

. I could say, but I'm not sure if you'd still respect me afterwards...

Oh myyyyy..... I don't even want to think about how you might engage a thumb drive.

But rest assured, I was working with terabytes before terabytes were cool.

You do know that only engineers and computer science geeks are going to find that sexy... :D Dammit!

Oh yeahhhh... Nothing like an old school, 7 ft, terabyte array to drive your data home.

These kids today just don't understand how to properly finesse their data for proper long term accessibility. ;)

Now all we need to do is make sure that there's enough RAM to swap as the cores crunch harder than ever to render our desires upon the screen... so to speak.
