*slips in before i leave for my morning errands and randomness with a wicked grin*

morning Angel, left you a nice present to read this morning *a wicked chuckle before the ether's claim him*

*looks around for Logan and wrinkles up her nose when she sees he's hiding in the shadows again*

Ha! Afraid to face lil ole me, mister? I will look at this present as soon as I finish breaking the dumb arse sync my hubby did with my son's iPhone.... I sooooo don't need him getting my emails.

-Snoring like a bulldozer at full throttle the large wolf cradles the bottle of Glenlivet in his arms. Curled up he shivers as a cold winter wind had blown the door open.-

*covers her ears a moment before wandering over and covering the snoring wolf with a large homemade quilt*

-Rolling onto his belly the empty bottle rolls off the couch with a thump, as he grumbles about wolves disturbing his sleep-

*the thud disrupts her scheming and she tiptoes over to retrieve the empty bottle before someone stubs their toe or worse on it*

Silly, wolf... You're the only wolf in the area...

*tucks the quilt around his body, creating a nice warm cocoon*

*stretching her arms wide over her head, she makes a little satisfied squeak before dropping her arms*

I had best go see what the kids are doing... They've been entirely too accommodating of Mama's free time this afternoon and my spidey senses are tingling...

*walks back into the patch and immediately begins smacking herself in the head with a throw pillow*

Gah, it's not stopping.... WHY did we have to watch Nightmare Before Christmas tonight?!?!?

Looking up from my noodling.... "Ahhhh Nightmare before Christmas... a classic, but did it give you an ear worm darling?" smiling as I make my way to the bar for a very big drink. "Can I tempt you while I'm here?" Holding up tow very different bottles that have a strikingly similar effect. "Baileys or something South of the Border?

Oh man... ear worms can be tough to shake... I once had, ~~I've got a love-a-ly bunch of coconuts... ~~ running through my head for a week.. it was hell.

*smiling wickedly as I pour two fingers of tequila into a slat rimed rocks glass with a wedge of lime on the side. I make my way back to the chairs with our drinks and hand her the glass.*

"Cheers madame," I raise my glass, "and to better weeks ahead."

It has seemed strangely quiet today, which was both good and bad. Good as it let me scheme on a couple of ideas and bad because idle hands and all...

Was a lazy day today since I took Friday off. Got some new ideas forming, which is always exciting, and it looks like I'm slowly becoming behind again.

I am good. tired of SEC football, but good. I got in touch with most of my old friends and have convinced two of them to write with me again. its just ironing out the details mostly now.
