Kinda like I predicted. Iowa stayed quite red. District 1 currently has 412,000 votes cast and 800 vote difference. No doubt headed to recount.I’m in Iowa and I’ve heard this and have a hard time believing this. Anecdotally, from a personal prospective I’ve had and have heard some others having conversations of traditional Republican voters (especially women) considering voting Harris. But it certainly hasn’t been a groundswell.
Of more interest are Iowa District 1 and 2, that are potential flips to Blue. Iowa 1 was a super tight race 2 years ago This year there was a libertarian candidate kicked off the ballot for a technicality. So it remains to be seen how their supporters will react at the polls. District 2 is a bit of a 3 way race with an independent candidate. But it seems like the power of incumbency will probably carry that one red.
You want to rethink that? The Iowa Youth Straw Poll is a mock election held at ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, MIDDLE SCHOOLS and HIGH SCHOOLS in Iowa. This year, HOMESKOOL students can "vote" too!
There is not one single registered voter in your poll above.
You REALLY had to dig deep to find any sort of "good news" for Trump in Iowa, didn't you?
Trump would never lie. But what did he promise working people other than to take away their healthcare ?Kinda like I predicted. Iowa stayed quite red. District 1 currently has 412,000 votes cast and 800 vote difference. No doubt headed to recount.
Unlike some others, I hope Trump succeeds, at least in some of his better ideas. He has the full government, so really no reason he can’t deliver on the I promises to that working people (unless he was lying for votes) I guess time will tell.
lol, he’s promised no taxes on overtime, no taxes on tips, lowered gas and grocery prices, he’s dismissed the notion that the increased tariffs he’s proposing won’t be paid by the consumers. I’d like to see him do this without totally ballooning the budget deficit. He couldn’t do it first term, I doubt he can now. (And I really doubt there will be anything significant for wage earners, but I hope he proves me wrong.)Trump would never lie. Last time I checked, a President doesn’t set gas or grocery prices. Unless he enacts wage and price controls like Nixon.lol, he’s promised no taxes on overtime, no taxes on tips, lowered gas and grocery prices, he’s dismissed the notion that the increased tariffs he’s proposing won’t be paid by the consumers. With the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, you were correct, and I was mistaken.States that aren't in play, won't miraculously be in play.
PA, GA, NC, AZ, MI, WI - those are the votes that matter.
Everything else is fodder for the BS.
I could have easily been wrong. Thanks for the follow up.With the benefit of 20/20 hindsight, you were correct, and I was mistaken.
Poor POOP, always gets fucked by POLLSIowa pollster Ann Selzer predicts the state of Iowa will be won by Kamala Harris next Tuesday.
Iowa? Kamala Harris?
And why should we pay attention to some local pollster named Ann Seltzer?
Here's why:
Seems like women over the age of 65 are quite upset about their hard won freedoms being discarded by Supreme Court whim in America's heartland.
