Ping Pong
In a thread on AmPics Justa told a story about her trying the ping pong trick and not getting too far with it. So, naturally, I had to try too.
Went to a store, found the balls.
First attempt: I thought I am supposed to use lube, that was a mistake - with lube all I got was a ball lazily sliding out of me. Nice feeling, but definitely not what I was going for.
Second attempt: dry balls. I liked the idea well enough not to be dry myself, so insertion wasn't a problem. This time they did fly a little, couple inches at best, but better than nothing.
I tried to search for videos of what was actually supposed to happen and was surprised to find out that my results were vary much on par with what was posted on Pornhub an such. How does one increase the reach of the throw? I guess that would be pelvic floor, aka Kegel exercises. But I am sort of doing those as it is, so I was looking for a way to upgrade them and came upon a few ideas:
1. A device that is connected to an app and has some games to play using vaginal muscles. Different strength, different frequency, etc. $250 and many people complain that it doesn't really work as readings are not very reliable.
2. Kegels with weights, aka ben wa balls. I actually tried them a few years ago and wasn't impressed as I could easily hold the heavier combination from my set and even do jumping jacks with the balls inside, so I knew I needed something better.
3. Came upon the idea of vaginal weight lifting. I am not going to pay for it, but from the description it looks like what they do is attach weight to an inserted object and hold it, then let go, then hold again. Basically, what one would normally do with dumbbells, just a different muscle group. My ben wa balls set happen to have an attached string, so, for the first training I inserted the balls and clipped a table mirror to the string. At first doing 30 sec on 10 sec off was easy. But then I got wetter and by the 10th round it was pretty hard not to drop that mirror. But I managed to put 10 rounds in.
I think tomorrow I'll switch to a water bottle - it will be easier to track the weight.
