I used to try to give constructive FB, like angeline said, it bit me, so I stopped. No one asks me for FB, so that tells me even more. I pulled my own work because I never, okay, rarely got constructive FB, when I did it was 1201 or flyguy or some other male who knew I could take it so it was offered. I never posted here for strokes, it actually embarrasses me. I want to get better, to learn, so now I read the writers here that I admire and do not even waste my time on the ones that I know ARE only here for strokes.

hi angeline, i recently submitted my first ever poem. haven't had many comments and you seem to know your stuff. i'm asking for an honest opinion, if its crap, tell me, because i,m not about to continue under the illusion i wrote something worthwhile if its not. you say if someone asks for honesty then you will give it, i promise not to remove any comment you make, so go for it, please.....
