Any transgender have a complete sex change?

As yet operations for sex changes do not give genetic change. Like the chicken, they give hormonal and phenotype change.

You might also find homosexual and heterosexual men who are house husbands raising children. So what? What role someone takes in a family and what they look like doing it is decreasingly defined by expectations of our past norms. Thank goodness, if beauty were not in the eye of the beholder my guess is a lot more people than are would be single.
If that was the case there wouldn't be cries for over population :D

What makes you think I'll gain friends treating morons to free T-ball trophies? Them leaving has no down-side. Theyre dolts.

So your saying it's better to leave them uneducated, or not have their input, because YOU have nothing to gain from it?

And what is your obsession with T-Ball Trophies?

This offensive conversation is not so interesting or grown up. Would you be interested in talking about anything else Bramblethorn? How the weAther is with you perhaps? How fast paint dries where you are?

OMG, the shade.

*Dead*

:D

A little too warm bi bunny? :D

I am so Northern European now from so long in this one place that to day I lay in the sun at about 24c ( 75 f ish) and then decided I was melting like a marshmallow so crawled in sweating and asked if I had sunburn. G finds this hilarious.

Scandinavian or Scotland/Iceland?

Hah, 73°F is our low right now. Lately it's been getting up to 97°F (36°C). We also seem to have a daily thunderstorm. The only reason I go outside is to travel somewhere like the grocery store or make my way to a body of water suitable for swimming.

I tend to need a light cardigan for weather in the low 70s. (。-_-。)

Trick question. NOTHING dries at this time of year where I am, unless it's in the tumble dryer ;-)

Ah, the kind of lovely weather where it is pointless to dry yourself with a towel after the shower?

Here it's been cold and not enough sun by far.
We are told that things will get abruptly better and that we will have about 30 C the coming weekend.
I really hope so, because right now I'm wearing sleveless tops and shorts or skirts on pure principle and am slightly blue tinged until lunch.

We are told we are getting 36. We won't cope, I assure you. :). The news says the trains won't be able to run normally because not all 'points' will function in the heat..

A decade a go I was doing my daily life much hotter. I remember going for a long walk because it was a much cooler day and I wanted some good time on my feet, and looking up to see ing the temperature was forty two and thinking I was stupid to be out and midday but wondering what temperature had been the rest of the week while I hadn't noticed.

I spent the longest static part of my childhood in a very hot place. That I have not yet manifested a skin cancer is a constant surprise to me. My parents didn't think about things like sun cream. Anyway, these sort of things make G laugh when I melt at now in low twenties celcius. :D

Bramble thorn, commiserations for humidity. That is weather I DO NOT miss. It often comes with beauty though.

I find that I adjust quickly when it comes to temperature.
I've spent most of my summers in central and southern Europe and when I come back up north, I'm cold in what is supposed to be nice August weather here.

Seems to be different for different people though. We know an Egyptian man who has lived here for decades and he still wears heavy turtlenecks when it's 25-30 C.

Generally speaking there's little to gain from interactions with most people, and almost nuthin from interacting with females...beyond sex. And I've come around 180 degrees since my youth. I had the grave misfortune to have a mother who was an exception. It was she who told me, IF YOU HAVE NOTHING ELSE GOING ON, YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND A WOMAN TO PLAY WITH. I say, the portal to immortality (pussy) is in a bad neighborhood (females).

Not so much humid as just cold and grey. It doesn't look that cold on the thermometer, but there's just something about this place that makes the chill seep into your bones. My Russian co-worker complains about our winters.

I'm in the UK and work mostly nights.
My nocturnal lifestyle means I very rarely get to see the sun.

I'd burn fairly rapidly at 24c without a high spf suncream.

Ah, my other new thing, factor fifty sun cream. Brought up without it, I now go to the other extreme. I have seen my future, and its liver spotted. :(

I don't tan...my freckles just merge. I used to try to get a 'real' tan...baby oil and all the other 70s notions...I would pink up, get a few more freckles. The end.

Seeing as someone else brought zoology into the discussion, I thought I'd bring a scientific digression to the thread.

In a number of animals, gender can and does change as part of the normal scheme of things, mtf & ftm. I don't have any convenient links to good scientific resources but this wiki page is a decent starting point for anyone sufficiently interested Sequential Hermaphroditism. Gender change is particularly well documented in fish & molluscs.

One of the most interesting (to me as a scuba diver at any rate) is the Slipper Limpet, Crepidula fornicata, these molluscs usually live in an arch-shaped stack (hence the fornicata part of the name). The uppermost (and smallest) member in the stack will be a male, those below will be females who began life as males. This is entirely natural and is an excellent example of an ESS (evolutionarily stable strategy).

Additionally there is a anthropogenic (ie caused by we humans) condition known as imposex where (marine) animals develop both male and female organs, this is primarily due pollutants from marine anti-fouling paint, but has also been suggested to be a result of human effluent, containing urine of women taking the contraceptive pill, entering the marine environment. Whatever the cause, this is unnatural and harms species developmental success.

On a related note, everyone here will already be aware that in humans it it the Y chromosome which determines gender (XX= female, XY = male) where as in birds, some fish and other marine animals, gender is determined thus: males ZZ, females ZW. The W chromosome is, like the human Y chromosome, smaller and carries less genetic information.
