When I happened to arrive at this particular forum, and hence the reason I made an account, for some reason I wasn't expecting 9 year long conversations of paper plates, annoying roommates and bad alcohol.

Although it seems obvious now since anybody would rapidly get bored of discussing what with and how they were suspended from various furniture last week
Silly me.

Contrary to the current theme, I have a huge over abundance of empty kitchen shelves where expendable glasses should be found. Probably because When they were there I considered them expendable and thus never had the effort to replenish them.

...damn I'm bad at this "conversation" thing...

We just for the first time ever, opened a bad bottle of champagne. I am not drinking, but got called in to check. Its interesting odd. Not right, but also tastes of honey.

Lately my go-to drink has been Norwegian Nøgne Ø Asian Pale Ale.

It's very light and summery. Citrusy and spicy. Yummy. It's not my absolute favorite from Nøgne Ø, but the corner store sells it at a very attractive price of 2.7 euros a can, so it's become a staple in our fridge.

It's a large can, so it's 0.5 liters, which is around two cups, I have no idea what's that in oz.

Ok, that's about $3 for 16 ounces.
I have no idea if that would be considered a good price here or not, seeing as I rarely drink beer and not knowing exactly what quality beer to compare that to. But I shall keep my eyes open in the shops, out of curiosity.

It is! Really grapefruity, even for a sauv blanc. One plus for climate change is it's a good excuse to drink this stuff...
