Anyone for random non-sex (but occasionally sex) chat on the thread here?

Streetfighter, yes!
Pretty sure those words have never been typed or said out loud before 🤣
But that wasn’t the one I’m thinking of, think it’s Scandinavian
Hmmmm I’m drawing a blank. Wait is it the one where they’re killing Nazis? Sisu..:I ain’t seen it, action isn’t my main jam these days but that one looked good.

Found it - Kung Fury! Such a good bad movie that I think is actually good
I’ll have a look at that, thanks

IDK I guess I'll just parachute drop into the thread here.

I like... I guess I'd call them nerdy games? Minesweeper, backgammon, puzzles. Lots of card games, solitaire, gin, hearts.

I've got a stack of books I need to get around to reading, they're all non-fiction.

Yeah that’s good. Not comparable to the best movies though
I like how the grandpa is like oh I'm old and weak and can't contribute to the household and then as soon as the kid wins a ticket to the candy factory he can fuckin dance and walk just fine. Piece of shit.

I knew you liked that stuff 😁

Games are good, chess is my favorite

And know the feeling with the books lol. Which one are you gonna read first?

Lol yeah that’s a good point
I don’t think that’s the description the director was aiming for lol 😂

Chess was always beyond me, I'm terrible at the foresight and planning needed for it.

I just browsed through my unread books and The Velocity Of Honey: And More Science Of Everyday Life by Jay Ingram caught my eye, I think that'll be my next read. I grew up watching Jay on TV, actually. Loved him on science shows.

It's a hardcover, used copy I got at a used book sale. Calling it a book sale doesn't do it justice, though. Twice a year a local charity org puts on a week-long used book sale at a shopping mall. They have about 100,000 books and it's amazing to see it all laid out, sprawling through the walkways and aisles of a mall. Almost every book costs just $3. For cookbooks, they charge $3 per inch, you stack them up and measure how high it is.
