Money would make things easier for most people. If there was one thing that would be a quick hit easy change in your business what would it be?

There's no quick easy change. I need about an extra £2k a week in turnover so I can take another chef on. Then I can push the business to get more people through the door. Problem is that people just aren't spending money right now.

Is there a staff member that could be trained up? Cheaper, will take more time, but could be a strategy.

Not really. We currently have 4 bar staff and they each say they could burn water I have a Kitchen Assistant that I'm busy training but he's just not quick enough...

I'm working on other ways to grow but it's difficult when I'm struggling with the plethora of mental health issues I have.

Just remember what a great job you're doing on a day to day. Take each step at a time, you could do a business journal to help balance your feelings. Thinking of you nc.
