I’m pretty fit and have been training on my stationary bike at home.

I am touring with my e-bike. It’s a “sit up and beg” style bike that is an absolute joy to cycle, I have 2 panniers and a back pack. My sons brought me clean clothes on Friday and took all my dirty laundry home in the car today

Ahh but I get saddle sore easily. I'm unfortunately disabled so even though I have four legs, I still end up falling over often!

It's a lovely, sunny evening here. I've just had a curry - authentic Indian food as the neighbours had a marriage ceremony yesterday and they had tons left over after catering for 600 people.

Time for a soak in the bath and hopefully an early night. Snooker in the morning
