Anyone from the UK?

Custard should never be over-sweet. It's the warm blanket to the sweet fluffy bed that is the treacle dessert.
 
I bloody love custard. It may be an obsession actually..
I just wish I could make my own
It's easy. Vanilla pod milk, egg yolk, caster sugar, cotlrnflour on a hot hob and stir.



It's delicious, pour it over panettone with marmalade and chocolate too and bake it, you have s lovely chocolate orange pudding.
 
See, I just most often make mine from a tin of Birds. I'm simple. (Although Tesco Finest Custard is pretty damn delicious!)
