Flexibility is part of it, but it's about "core stability" so toning up the supporting muscles to your back and pelvis. It's not scrunching sit ups, but doing things slowly with breathing. I've found it helps my posture and balance too.Like yoga but more physical I think

Before I decided to wreck my knee I was all geared up to join a gym with the goal of improving my core strength as well as general fitness so that's definitely something I will considerFlexibility is part of it, but it's about "core stability" so toning up the supporting muscles to your back and pelvis.
