Like yoga but more physical I think
Flexibility is part of it, but it's about "core stability" so toning up the supporting muscles to your back and pelvis. It's not scrunching sit ups, but doing things slowly with breathing. I've found it helps my posture and balance too.

Much of it is on a mat with no real aerobic ( out of breath ) exercise. Blokes struggle to understand it, ladies should do it to avoid laughing related mishaps

That sounds really interesting actually. Before I decided to wreck my knee I was all geared up to join a gym with the goal of improving my core strength as well as general fitness so that's definitely something I will consider
