As I am inclined to say, "I Photoshopped the heck out of it." The forest was generated by AI. The underwear selfie got 'subject selected' and layered into the forest. There are several versions of this composition. In this one, Photoshop took the color out of both layers. The filtered subject and the background were merged and filtered with a 'Graphic Pen' filter effect. Is it artistic? I don't know, but it shows some hard won skills with PS Elements.
