and I jsut had to go and develop I stupid canker sore...
trying salt water gargle.. but

What I have found works if you feel the 'itch' in the corner of you mouth right before it comes out, use some ice there.

Take an ice cube, hold it there as long as you can on and off for a couple minutes. I have found that works for me.

If you get one, the same thing helps it to heal quickly. Of course I haven't had one now for years....

It works for me and others I have told.

this is a canker sore lol its an ulcer inside your mouth and it burns
canker sores arent contageous but hurt like fucking hell..
barely can eat right now.
