Got plenty of black and whites of my Wife, but not many of me, unless I convert the color ones. Otherwise I'd be happy to post some.
 
I've got two partial B&W's on the tail end of the "Big Handsome Men" thread... I can repost 'em here if wanted.

A lot of times, Black and White looks just a bit better for some reason. I go back and forth between coor and B&W.

Depends on the graphic program... but most can do it. Sometimes it's called "Desaturate"... other times it's called coverting to "Greyscale" or just plain "Greyscale."

With it... because of it... same difference. ;)

Well, for webcam shots. You can turn up the quality of the cam... that'll help. Once you've taken the shot, you can play with the contrast and brightness a bit.
