I'm not aware that I made any demands at all.

Sun wrote an insanely long post that had little to do with any actual message. She included more personal attacks and crummy insults, so I responded.

I wasn't expecting Sun's last response, so I sure am not expecting more. But if she and others insist on being rude and obnoxious, you should not be surprised when you are called out.

Now to be clear...Professional Work Sunny would say"We regret to inform you that you have been banned for the following reasons. (I have a form letter for this occasion)

It would be followed up by a link to the rules. As well as a copy and paste of the rule you broke as well as a location of where you can find said rules that include all the large room banners, the pinned comment at the top of the page of the chat help forum and in this case the front page of chat written by the site owner themselves and then I would wish you a nice day.

But as I have not received any communication from you except for the forums I chose Mid Teir Casual Sunny. I still pointed out the issues as i would with most chatters when in room or in the open forums because this was exposed to the public and it could not be helped with that. So this is how i respond. Semi professional but this also keeping in mind is a job I am not paid for and it is a volunteer position even as a chat admin. Which I do because the mods are wonderful and they do not need this kind of headache and tedium.Also if you are easily offended...honestly Maybe Lit is not for you. Or...the internet in general. People are going to be mean and make fun of you no matter what and it would be best to learn to allow random comments that happen in the forums to roll off your back but you chose to react which feeds the trolls and makes them hungry for more. We do not allow bullying in chat but...we also will not come running when ever someone says something sarcastic in passing. It says in the rules we expect people to act like adults and try and handle their arguments as such. Same goes for the chat help forums.

Now! you got to see in my previous post (points up) me being rude and obnoxious. This is Snarky Goblin Sunny she comes out to show that indeed I can get much much muuuuuuch worse if pushed.

So now we will return to our mid tier sunny because as I assume entertaining as some find Snarky Goblin Sunny contrary to popular belief and when I jokingly say something about being a cranky old swamp witch.( I assure you I still have the hair of one in all three though) I generally do not like being as mean as possible to chatters.

I do hope this clears things up. Also your ban will not be reversed so as ToPleaseHim has mentioned stop whipping the deceased equine.

Banned chat takes place mostly in PM, so if you truly want to get rid of it, you need chatters who are willing to spend the time and effort needed to report it. Your continued hostility works against that. Alicia Alluring got two users banned within the past month by contacting mods in the mod chat room; but her successor will report zero; it's not worth it. And she will not be shy about sharing her experience.

If typing "your ban will not be reversed" over and over again brings you joy, then go for it. I gave up on that one before your first post, but you're obviously in love with it, too bad for your hiking boots.

I hope you improve, but my optimism is gone.

And of course, instead of taking your first post seriously, I should have sought to reply with equivalent obnoxious crap (Casual Alicia was pushed!), then informed you that since you're so easily offended, you shouldn't be on the internet. I'm sure that you if think real hard, you can come up with better things to do with you time then write unbelievably long, detailed posts that no one will ever read.

So to be clear...you have brought up the subject so I no longer feel bad about shareing the first line you wrote when you came into the mods office to ask the below question.

So it did not matter if it was in pm or public and you reported yourself by asking in the mods office publicly no less. I saw the entire conversation and I quote "Just to confirm..it's OK to talk about bannable subject in private chat, rigth?"

and you reported yourself essentially. The topic of someone being the one to bring up the topic in your pms has never been named (i know repeating myself but...I just can't help it. I am a bit of a slut for documentation and making sure its said)...and only came up when 2 mods told you in the mods office told no of course not...it does not matter if its in pm. Its bannable. You seemed confused and then in your own post there you did not think that it was a big deal with it being in a pm.

And yes...people do take the time to grab screen shots...upload the screen shots and then provide them to the mods. It happens all the time.Because as we have written in the rules. We have pages upon pages of said screen shots that we make a copy of and then save so that the chatters do not have to keep such upsetting and disgusting screen shots of things. So we do it for them. And the things i have had to look at at times would make your hair turn white.

If you have an issue with another chatter that can not simply be solved by ignoring them, or there is a room disruption, please seek a Moderator (found in the Chat Mods Room and/or in other rooms with a grey star next to their name).(you did indeed find us but as mentioned in your post you knew where to go and how to report things) Whenever possible, please take screenshots of the incident. Those could be saved to an image site and a link shared to the Moderator, do not crop the images before sharing. Please do not react yourself.

It is very clear despite us making all of these things available to you and anyone else who wishes to read this you have not.

Also this line Alicia Alluring got two users banned within the past month by contacting mods in the mod chat room. If this is true...then why did you think we would not expect evidence this time as what you supposedly were accusing this mysterious person who has not been named yet was quite serious as well as illegal? In these cases we tend to ask for site bans, Clearly in the past month by your own post you have been told our requirements for evidence and yet....we have gotten nothing in this case.

And no...it brings me no joy at all. I would dearly love if people would simply follow the rules and not be awful to each other and not do any of the horrible things that are instant bans. But that is not the world we live in so..here we are. Also I am replying because the mods should not have to. They did their jobs well and they are greatly appreciated.

And we have gotten rid of the people as best we can of the ones who wish to speak of fucking horses (And apparently beating dead ones.) as the animal that was mentioned in your short conversation was not specified. So thanks for clearing that up I guess? This was no where in your conversation with the 2 mods.

I am glad we could give you something to be riotously indignant about. I am sure I will be the bad guy in many a retelling of the time you got banned from a free sex chat thus violating your rights of sexy talk of things that are bannable but free speech amiright?

I really do not know what you're hoping to accomplish. I stopped talking about undoing the ban even before your first post. I even said directly, twice, that I have no interest in pursuing a change in your decision. Instead, I've objected several times to your over-the-top rudeness and crappy rhetoric.

I'm trying to get you to see that being a continual jerk can only discourage people from reporting banned activities. That's why on this thread you have convinced no one to cooperate with mods to get rid of the guys who turn people's hair white. A few people who are thinking about it will decide that it's not worth the risk of having to deal with an idiot like you. Some will continue to cooperate, the one who do not now have more a reason not to, and a few who are thinking about it will decide that it's not worth the risk of having to deal with an idiot like you

Your comment "I am a bit of a slut for documentation and making sure its said" is silly. You made all kinds of nasty, false accusations in your first post that you could have easily checked. But you were out for bear, so "making sure its said" was out the window. (BTW, I love your comment about free speech. I've never remotely claimed free speech - but I bet it felt good to write it.)

Even worse, if you were really into documentation, you would have checked your record of folks that you've banned in the past two months before writing something like "if that's true." Instead, you just went ahead and argue that I'm lying, adding a little more gratuitous accusatory language.

My guess is that you do have records, and that sometime in the next few days you will check to see if Alicia Alluring reported banned behavior in the mod chat room twice, both times resulting in the offender being banned (I assume; this is what the mods told me). If you have the actual chats, you will see that both times I entered the mod chat room without evidence, and both times mods politely walked me through a process (the two mods used different processes) of getting them what they needed to do what they had to do. They were polite and professional, so the job got done. If you had been there, the bad guys would still talking about bestiality in lit PM.

I love that you cite TOS 13: you get to remove anyone or any post for any reason whenever you like. You may not be getting paid, but power can be such a trip!

If you really do not want people to be awful to each other, then stop being an awful jerk. Being awful is contagious, and it's even worse when a top moderator pushes it.

I am not glad at all that you've given me something to be indignant about. But yes, you will be the bad guy when I tell lit remind lit chattters about your fondness for TOS 13.
