Always with glasses. People seeing me without glasses is a huge deal for me, so much bigger than anybody ever seems to understand. Wearing glasses is my normal mode, without them I look all weird and allowing someone to see me like that is major. I also feel crazy vulnerable because I can't see properly.

And Germany shouldn't lose! Germany always goes through from the first round, or at least always has as long as I've lived. It's a day of mourning and great sadness, but also a good lesson in how past performance doesn't necessarily indicate future performance. *sigh*
