Becoming Dominique's Toilet

Well, I'm not sure I agree with you on that. I've read the writing guidelines of the site and don't believe I've broken them. The story didn't make it through the filter of one of the site's volunteer editors. Fine, it won't be listed as an official Literotica story along with the rest. I'm not sure that means that it's not okay for the forum, which as you say, isn't closely modded.

Honestly, I was also hoping to get some feedback as to why exactly the story was rejected. If I tweaked it so that the young man isn't understood to eventually die, would that make it okay? Or is it this fetish specifically that caused its rejection?

Way, I'm confused. Exactly who "rejected" this story? The volunteer editors have no say over what gets posted. So, if you sent this to an editor and they refused to edit it based on content, that has nothing to do with submitting it and posting it to the site. You could have looked for another editor. For example, I am a volunteer editor, and I likely would not have edited this story, but that doesn't mean that Literotica has rejected it, just me, because I can tell from description that I would not want to read this subject matter.

Laurel has told us in the forums that she (one of the two site owners and managers) is the only one who reads over stories and posts or rejects them. So if you submitted the story via the "Submit Story" link in your profile and then it was rejected, it's a different thing. I hope I explained that properly.

As for why it was specifically rejected, again, it depends on who did the rejecting. Usually when you get a rejection after submitting via your profile, you can click on "Rejected" and see at least a general idea of why. I'm not sure how specific Laurel gets on such things, but you could also send her a private message (NOT an email) and ask. No guarantees, but it seems Laurel does try to answer.

I stand by the idea that posting an entire story in the forum does violate at least the spirit of the site. If it's not okay for the site, why would it be okay for the forum?

Also, I again recommend StoriesOnline.net if you really want to post this on a site. I mean, I'm sure there are others, but I know that SOL has far fewer restrictions than most sites.

There is only one person who rejects stories--Laurel--who also owns the website. If you want to know specificially why she rejected it, you can PM her directly (using the "private message" system you'll find at the top right of this page).

You seem to be running on a lot of false supposition. That's OK; a lot of us do here.

I don't know why it was rejected. It's not something I would read. (But it's OK with me if you write and if the website wants to post it. And it's OK with me if Laurel rejects it for any reason she wants to. It's her website and she's making it available to users for free.)

Wow - That's awesome that all stories are read and accepted/rejected by the site owner. I wasn't aware of that. I will PM her and ask for more specific reason(s) for my rejection and also whether or not it's appropriate for me to post this story here. Again, I'd prefer to post in this community because of the smart of feedback given relative to other sites I've used, but will respect wishes of the site owners and go elsewhere if required.

You could post your story on a blog or something and ask for feedback, although it seems more fair that anyone asking for feedback here be asking for it on stories posted here.

Keep in mind that however much you like the forums, no one here has a final say on anything. Questions like yours do need to be directed to Laurel. I'll be curious what she says (if you don't mind telling us).

I never thought I'd like anything like that

I mean, really? Being a toilet is the height of someone's desires?
He should work at the Zoo, I think with the piles the Elephants make he should be in the form of constant orgasm.
The plot is pretty dumb and the characters a bit flat.

But the story was excellent and as much as I hate to admit it , hot, totally hot.

It's the humiliation I guess.

Not for the timid, but a Good job nonetheless.

Metamorphose,

Thanks very much for your comments. I hear you on the characters being somewhat flat... I agree that some more work could be done on rounding out all the characters. About the fantasy being dumb, well... like it or not, this is a fantasy that lots of men have (google "toilet slave" and you might be surprised). Yeah, it's fucked up and disgusting--that's the point. It's both the reason it is so desirable and why it is so awful in reality.
