You could have a 3rd party running interference if you don't want to be discovered. I.e. getting someone to "babysit" husband while wife and lover have fun.
A friend of the husband's comes on to her. She says she's tempted, but, there just isn't any opportunity since she and her husband work together, live together, etc.
The friend, not willing to give up, pulls in a couple other buddies and starts a guys' poker night.
The poker game mostly rotates between houses and, sometimes he arrives late, leaves early, or just doesn't make it since he's visiting the wife.
Unfortunately, the husband's house is actually the best suited to host the game and the group eventually decides to just always have it there.
At first this seems like a problem, but, the friend discovers he just needs to get knocked out of the game early, then, he's got access to the wife down the hall.
A couple other friends catch on. Suddenly, the game becomes a race to be the first guy to go "all in" and lose... so he can then go "all in" down the hall.
The husband thinks he's some kind of poker genius because the guys make sure he stays in the game until the end of the night.
The husband makes a fair amount of money from his stupid buddies, but, his buddies keep showing up and seem to leave happy.
