Right now it’s about -10 (yes, that was a minus sign ) and you just dress for it. Layering is key, but that means no dresses. Won’t be dress season for at least a couple months.

Safely and outside? Probably May, maybe April depending of how break up goes. But, we can get a lot of rain just about any time. What a lot of women do is wear the bad weather shoes or boots outside and change into nice ones once you get into the office.
