Now that I have a child I feel like I can post here. :)

I've known I was bisexual nearly half my life now, and while I've dabbled here and there, I've never actually gone "all-out", so to speak. My SO knows this and has been teasing me about getting a gf but... part of me holds back. I think it's because if I were to do something like that, I'd want it to be for my pleasure; fulfilling some fantasy of his would be just a by-product. However, there is a voice inside of me that says, what the hell, let him watch, maybe he can pick up a few pointers. :p Hetero sex hasn't quite been the same for me since the baby. Kinda has lost some of its sparkle.

This is the voice that has been growing in volume ever since I gave birth. I went through a lot of Post-Partum stuff, and I don't know if it's because of that I am more interested in seeking women than I have in the past, or if it's just because my self-image has changed (the physical definitely has! Bloody sagging stomach...). I'm not saying I'd leave my husband for a woman- I made a commitment to him, and I honor my commitments- I just feel like I'm living a half life, and now that I am a mom, that feeling has become very acute.

So...sorry for writing a mini-life story, but I really just needed to get that crap off my chest. :)

I have 3 kids and I have always been interested in other women, but never did anything until recently. I started reading lesbian fiction both in books and on line about 6 or years ago. Seems like there is no "in between" with husbands on this issue. They are either opposed to/horrified by the idea of their wives being involved with other women, or they are all for it, provided they get to watch (or participate).

I feel- very strongly- that it has to be for my pleasure, not his; and that I have to be free to find my own lovers (who would be my friends first). Now, if I was in an established relationship, I might consider allowing hubby to watch somehow, if I thought I (and my lover) could get beyond the point of feeling we were performing on a stage, for an audience. Exhibitionism turns me on sometimes, but only if it's spontaneous.

With my one friend I see about once a month, it is definitely just us!!! With my first lover, who lives half way across the country from me, has been open to letting my husband watch and/or be involved. She is a friend to us both, but I knew her first, even planned to get together before he knew her. I still want to keep her to myself, but I don't think that will happen because they have both talked about the three of us.

This is a lovely thought. Now add a child each (over 18 of course ;>0 ) son and daughter watching their lovely mothers making sweet lez love to each other. I think it is by nature that, with the exception of homosexual women, "straight" women are truly bi, at least from earliest I knew I was.
