it's been really hot and humid these last couple of weeks here, not a fan of humidity, really uncomfortable and sweating with no strenuous exercise is not fun

yeah humidity isn't great. I spent a summer as a camp counsellor in Mississippi when I was 20 - for a girl from England it was torture! They let me spend my hour off in the walk in fridge each day!
