We went and bought a bit gag.
It muffles some sound, though not much.
I needed a gag that I could breathe round as I often have problems breathing through my nose.
All the ball gags we looked at were far to big to get in my mouth - I can just about take open my jaw eneough to get two fingers in.
When not bound, I use the biting a pillow/cushion to muffle me - but we need an effective silencer for when my arms are bound.
