By using it you will learn. It's how I learned a little bit of French for my former job

I have no photoshop but i think i can try something myself with a cheaper picture software

The Gimp (www.gimp.org) is basically a free, opensource image manipulation program, similar to photoshop

Ah nice! I fail at most things Unix-based, except for Max OSX and Ubuntu. Mainly because they're dumbed down

Linux Mint is just a slightly different version of ubuntu. Easier is not always bad
