LOL...I know the feeling...I fly back and forth from Ireland and the US all the time...so I sometimes almost get jetlag that will make me sleep strange hours...lol

My problem is that I can't seem to sleep past 7am...regardless of when I go to bed.
And often 6am.
Ugh...so today, I am lazy and being slothish and decadent and indulgent.

ouch! Have you tried working out in the morning or evening to see if that changes anything for you? I know getting a good workout helps me sleep.
