She's locked one knee tempting the right key to buckle, and those ankles plead for the grasp of strong hands to bend her double.

This isn't quiet. This is a challenge. And the best horse never knows.

She looks very open and free. no fear at all in the way she's sitting and looking. the head up would indicate that she could be very proud of who she is and what she does...a wonderful picture

This one has a number of elements. Starting at top, look at the way she holds her head. She hasn't thrown back to keep it out of the way. She's actually putting her throat to the gathered cloth. Look at her hands, then look closer ... at her fingers. That isn't desperate clinging. She welcomes, wants, offers.

Now look for the subtle change. Her nipples have stiffened and she has drawn her belly inward to her spine. If her thighs had any more tension, you could bounce a quarter off one and hit the ceiling. She has positioned each of her legs in 90 degree angles, something you rarely see in nature, and she might as well wear point shoes for the straight line she maintains down to her toes. You can feel the tension in her lower body coming at you in waves.

Why? Look closely at the front of the chair. The cloth passes between her thighs then, turns 90 degrees to go out the back of the chair. The closer she draws the cloth to her upper body, the greater the tension she creates in the cloth. The greatest point of tension lies at the juncture of her inner thighs.

To the lurker that asked whether hair should be cut. i'd prefer not. Cut off the split ends if you think it required. Look at this woman. Imagine her with six inches less of hair. Does that answer the question?

This picture is really beautiful and you are right without her waving hair the woman wouldn't be the same.. maybe still beautiful but not the same anymore .

But I'm not impartial because if I should identify myself in her , only the thought to have my hair cut would fill me with real dread .
