my youngest graduated last May. she is 17...I NEVER had one day of trouble from either of my girls, never an arrest, a joyride in someone elses car, no drugs, drinking...hell, I am blessed!!

okay, you may be right--but I know my youngest wouldnt dare, she is a goody miss prep, the older one, she admitted she was a porn freak from way back, stayed over at friends houses on the weekend and they watched all these blaxploitation movies and porn, she likes vodka...

however, they both graduated, one in college, other about to go and the 23 year old, has been working since 15....if she did act out, at least she didnt get caught!!

Hi, Everyone!! Sorry not to respond sooner but as most of you know I am computerless and only get here when I visit my kid.

Thank you for your joy for me. (which is wearing a bit thin cuz my daughter has asked me to move in with her and help... that would be 9 people and 2 dogs in a 4 bedroom house. Nope.)

Well, maybe if she paid me a carton of Marlboro Menthol's and a quart of Stolichnaya a week.*

Needless to say, I am enthralled. I know this post isn't a poem, but I'm hoping it inspires some great poetry. If I can ever get the words in my heart to sort themselves out, I may find a poem or two in there. Maybe she is my muse returning to me. I do know that she (or he) is already loved so much it's making my heart swell.

Congratulations from me as well. I may not drop in nearly as often as I used to, but things like this bring great joy! I'm glad I popped in and got to hear about the blessed event.
