I have LA next month, which is followed by Houston in January. Then back to LA in Feb and off to Vegas to finish up Feb.

Can’t wait for those travel weeks 😈

I don't know what clubs are there now but I am sure they will be lots of potential meetups. The last time I was in Vegas for business was about 10 years or so ago. I was staying in Caesars Palace and for the first two nights there was a very long line to get into the club. On Wednesday night I went down to the lobby early and found there was no line so I went into the Pussy Cat lounge to wait for it to open. Had a couple of expensive beers and after waiting about an hour I asked the bartender what time the club opened. Of course the club was closed on Wednesdays which is why there was no line. lol. I did hit a couple of clubs in other hotels, did some dancing and the rest is history. Wish I could go back again.

I was in Dallas one time I learned how to do the 2 step dance. It was fun though I have forgotten how to do it now. The country line dancing can be fun too though I get my feet tangled sometimes or I should say most times. lol

You tried riding a mechanical bull yet?

Raleigh / RTP First week of December - solo no coworkers
New Orleans second week of December - with co workers

Could use something to do after 5, chat, drinks, dinner whatever.

Deep Ellum is always fun.

If you want unique you could always go to medieval times. Your really out of rodeo season.

I’m from Houston so my local knowledge is limited, but been through there enough.

What side of town?

TexMex at El tiempo, Steak at any of the high end places, Sushi at MF Sushi, I can keep going on an on.

Captain Foxhearts Bad New Bar downtown and that strip is fun. EADO, Midtown, Washington, and heights all are fun depending on what your looking for in the bar scene.

City Centre if your on the West side.

How was your ride? :) Were you able to stay in the saddle? I have never done a mechanical bull. I guess that they have them somewhere in the DC area but never searched one out.
 
I doubt there are too many travelers since it is such a short week but anybody making any 1-2 days trips?
