Probably depends on the drug. If it's a hallucinogen then it's possible, I guess. Though then in that case consent becomes quite iffy if they're too fucked to not notice who they're fucking.

Okay, you are all very sceptic. What about hypnosis? One of the couple are a therapists and want sex with the partner from the other couple. The two are able to hypnotize the other two and here we go. I think it doesn‘t necessarily have to be scientific plausible to have fun with the idea.

Was watching a comedy called "Along came Polly." There was a scene at the beginning where the newly weds went to a tropical place for their honeymoon. They were laying on the beach when a nude scuba instructor came to ask if they wanted to come on his boat to do some scuba diving.
