I second (or third or fourth) the open communication advice, especially since it sounds like you guys are new to this. My wife likes the same sort of treatment but it turns out - unbeknownst to either of us at first - that the way it works best is not quite the same as her fantasies. In fantasy land she's already totally turned on and comfortable. In reality it takes some warm up to get to the point where the full on hair pulling and "forced" oral sex, etc. are the right steps. I know everyone worries about ruining the moment by stepping out of character but I think you can ruin a hell of a lot more moments by going too far without communicating than you can by slowing down for a second and making sure you're on the right track. Plus, once you have some experience it gets easier to innovate without fear of slowing down the scene.
