I have the CB 6000 and wear it often under dress slacks or suit pants and it is not obvious. The CB 6000 is comfortable enough to wear daily but at night becomes restricting with an night-time erection and the pain often wakes me up and I have to take it off.
I'm not sure how a chastity device could allow for night-time erections without the pain so I guess it's not a big draw back.
