Eh, just my opinion but I would say no. If they are really important to you then do it.

Shoes are sexy, but as a guy I can't tell the difference between the $30 payless and the christian louboutin. Its more about who is wearing them, and how they act

Well, the verdict is in, I have opted not to purchase those sexy shoes.

Being that they are so expensive, my fear is that as much as I would want to often wear them, they are just sooooo distinctive that after wearing them once, every time I wear them thereafter, I would quickly become known as "that woman that always wears the red bottoms shoes!"

I don't fancy being pigeon holed like that.
