I am awake again at a normal hour, normal being relative to your state of mind.

It's a nice day and I can start to plan Christmas dinner, I purchased two pork loins and I will put them in a Brine 24 hrs before the cooking, but I am still out on what to season them with.
I hate BB-Q, I don't want to just marinade them in a sauce.. well. Maybe I do.. and I do have a wonderful garlic an Herb marinade.. hmmm.

Then, there is the rice. I'll be cooking that in Chicken stock for flavor.. add garlic to that as well.. Because Garlic is awesome.
