I was reading this thread and then I felt the curiosity to ask.
I am writing a Sci-Fi/Fantasy series where in the near future the main character will take a female Dwarf as his wife. She has the height and phhysical complexion of a thirteen year old girl, but she has adult female assets and an age of 140 years old, what would amount to a human 35-38 years old woman. So, would this count as "child sex" if she has a physique near a young girl even though she is a mentally adult, non-human creature?

If the character is described as looking like an underage human being, then the story will be rejected, regardless of their "real" age. This is to prevent people from taking a story featuring underage characters and, with the addition of a line or two, trying to sneak it onto our site where it is unwanted.

For example: "She was 145 years old. I grabbed her tight, nubile, prepubescent (though 145!!) body and..."

So long as they are adults in their species, and are not described as resembling underage human beings, there should be no problems.

Then I suppose my girl is safe,because the first point my main character will describe is that she has the height of a 13 years old, but then she turns and notices that she has adult features (to be precise, shapely hips and breast around a c-cup in propotion to a human adult. It's a relief, because I have spent my good time developing her personality.

How can you have the "height" of a 13yo, though? Some kids at 13 are as tall as they're going to get, and others have a foot of growing left to do. I'm 5'4", and although I may not have been that height at 13, I wasn't far from it.

Your character could certainly have those physical features, but I don't see why you have to equate it to a 13yo human woman in any way. I don't see why the 13yo part of the description is even necessary.

Yep, 13-year-olds come in all heights. I would take this as a direct attempt to play the underage card. Just do your descriptions without playing that card--use a neutral image like, maybe, a fence post.

There's a thirteen year old girl that lives two houses down from us who is 5"8" and I am ashamed to say built like a brick shithouse (ashamed because I was checking her out from a distance once before I found out she was really only a kid.

But regardless of height and development, she is still thirteen.

My dad graduated high school about 5'7", but continued growing -- he's about 6'2". OTOH, my husband is about 6'1" and told me he has been since he was about twelve. So going with what you said, there's obviously no saying at 13yo girl (or boy) has to be, say, 5' tall at that age.

That said, I have often wished I was about 5'8" or so. Sigh.

My dad has seven siblings, all of them are 5'10" or taller, I think, including his sisters. I inherited many physical traits from Dad, but did I get that? Of course not. Got the height from Mom, who's 5'2".

Just don't mention that she has the height of a 13 yr old, then there shouldn't be any misunderstanding of underage or not. If the age is not mentioned and you change it to mention that they are of a short stature species, you have it covered.

The age question has been around since I first joined this site early in this century.

Try http://forum.literotica.com/showpost.php?p=645556&postcount=4 where Laurel set out the rules, and the reasons, in August 2001. She (or rather her company) owns the site and they don't charge you for posting here, so they set the rules.

To respond to the OP...

I hesitate to spew forth an automatic "yes" or "no" on this one. Incidents such as you describe have been included in historical record for thousands of years.

What I WANT to say is... It will depend on how the scene is presented. If you involve children observing abuse, with no sexual connotation, then it will probably be allowed. I have read a few stories here which have been accepted, in which that is the case. I read one just recently, but can't recall the author off the top of my head and I couldn't find it in my favorites. It would be helpful if I could recall the author's name too, but apparently my short term memory went bye bye along with perky boobs.

I also want to say that you should write what you like regarding historical record and let the politically correct idiots sort themselves out, and go clutch there pearls elsewhere that isn't around me. That being said, I like to see characters over 21. I thought boys had cooties until I was well over 18. My views are profoundly unpopular.

However, I think it's safest to not involve children at all. Or involve them as a mention, rather than actively involved in a scene you write. I think it would be ok to say something like "she was raped and abused as her family watched" but make no mention of exactly who comprises that family.

Honestly though, if you're writing a strictly historical account, there may not be a problem. I'd go ahead and submit it, and see what Laurel thinks. She's the one who takes the risk for posting the story.

Also, unfortunately, since back in history people matured and engaged in sex a lot earlier than present law (and this web site) allows, I don't think historical context is given any leeway here.
