college student fantasies?

I have a crush on another girl in my Dutch language study group; I'm a painfully shy, socially-awkward nerd, and so is she, so communication is not going very well.

A little confused: You would never act on it? Even with a mutuality of interest? Things are very different today, including the attitude toward sex. I confess I remain somewhat surprised by the ease with which it occurs, but I accept it, just as this generation of college students and their contemporaries accept it ...

Unlike so many in later generations, they seem far more successful at separating sexual pleasure from "love" and societal hangups ...

Why would you hope he didn't notice? When I was teaching, it happened all the time, Sometimes subtle. Sometimes overt. What I seldom detected was "innocence" among the college students I was teaching. They were, in many senses, more worldly than many of the adults I know. And their attitude toward all things sexual was emphatically more advanced.

I don't think many of them were indiscriminant in their activities, but some definitely were looser than others. And they also seemed far less hung up on the age thing than many of us.

Take another look.
 
I went back to uni a year ago, the best part of twenty years after I should have first gone. My God there are some gorgeous youngsters there. I was in the student union bar when the netball team walked in in their kit - toned, athletic women in tight tops and shorts that looked like they'd been painted on. Hubbie got a very early night that night.

Another fantasy I've always had was having a hot nerdy teacher (like my old robotics teacher). Then getting a poor grade on a paper or test and going to his office to "convince" him that I deserve an A. That would be totally hot...sex in a teacher's office.
