There are almost as many Greeks living in Chicago as live in Athens.

More than a few. Especially if you wander down to Springfield to the Lincoln Presidential Museum. It's terrific.

Greek food, huh?

I made a Greek-inspired dish this weekend: aubergine and halloumi rolls. Soooo good. Halloumi is a definite favourite of mine. Not quite Greek, Cypriotic actually, but delicious!
