Well you can say that again. I`m still surprised she wants to be near me, considering who I am. I guess her being a vampire makes her feel brave.
 
Well, that and pretty much everyone around her is willing to inflict much pain on those who cause her unnecessary hurt.
 
Cause her pain?! Who`d do that? Why would anyone be mean and hurt Scarlet? She seems so nice.

She is very nice. I'm not sure of too many people who would deliberately hurt her, but it's not a good camp to be in.

I bet I could think of a few people who`d be enough of an ass to hurt her.

I take a sip fom my drink.
 
I walk into the Club and take a seat at the couch. Looking around, I wonder where everybody is. Sighing, I grab a drink from a passing waiter.
 
Entering through the back door, cloak swirling about my bare feet. I see him relaxing against the couch and smile. After grabbing a goblet full of dark liquid, I settle down with him on the couch, just enough room between us to be proper.

Afternoon...I hope you are well.
