Assault rifles these days shoot endless rockets that are mini cluster nukes....

But point being I was messing with you because of all the crazy guns lately in these newer games.
What is and is not a sidearm is weird in games today.

Heh. I still want an MP7....a little bigger than a full sized military pistol like the M1911, but full auto and with the capabilities of the P90 (being its only competition)

I'm feeling better. I do enjoy having company. This has been very nice.

I like the P90 because they use a gun that looks a lot like it in Ghost in the Shell.

well, the guns in GitS were designed by Shirow Masamune. Several on the ones in the series have a real world basis. The one you're referring to, for instance, is based directly on something that, if memory serves, is referred to as the DB90 (a civilian version of the P90). A nice idea, but I'd rather either have a hand free most of the time, or be able to aim in two directions at once.
