What's up with that?!?! Don't they know this isn't about winning or losing? Don't they know that this is not so much of a contest as it is a way to learn push one's own boundaries and better one's own talents (insert patriotic background music here)? Witholding thoughts and creations isn't a healthy thing for anyone, let alone the masses that would so enjoy the work that one has put the time and effort into creating. Its about showing where you're beginning and gracing all others with the chance see how you're going to evolve from that point. Its your duty to show any talent that you may have in order to overcome the fears of ridicule and stand up for yourself screaming to the rest of the world, "THIS IS MY WORK! TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!"
