We all like some parts and don't particularly like the others, I don't think there can be a person that likes ALL possible ways BDSM can be done. We all have our preferences and limits.

As for the lifestyle... FetLife has a good term for it: "in the bedroom only". I don't think too many people actualy live it 24/7. It is possible, of course, but does not happen too often. Most use this part or that, include it in some way in their sex life, but outside of sex they live regular lives.
